The Arden Park Neighborhood Preservation Area

The Arden Park Homeowners Association (APHA) Board provides Arden Park residents assistance with issues related to the Arden Park Neighborhood Preservation Area (NPA) (Sacramento County Zoning Code Section 5-31-3), including
reviews of building plans for remodeling or new construction to assess their compliance with the NPA. The NPA is part of the County Code containing specific building restrictions applicable only to Arden Park.
